National Service Centre (NSC)

Our NSC workforce specializes in the repair, calibration & testing of leading edge technology devices to strict quality standards & procedures.

Our NSC is centralised in our Head Office in Melbourne.

Field Service

Our Field Service team is trained to perform installations, preventative maintenance visits & on-site diagnosis & repairs to a wide range of Olympus equipment. These roles require both strong customer relations abilities, plus analytical problem solving skills.

With Service staff located in many locations around the country, it enables quick turn around times for any repairs returned to a service centre, as well as a prompt response from our Field Service Team.

Branch Service

We have Technical Service staff based in each office site around Australia and in Auckland, New Zealand to complete minor repairs and enable quick turn around times for our customers.
