Olympus is proud to announce a new partnership with Lateral Medical Australia. Lateral Medical distribute the Atmos Strobe and we can now offer you a total ENT imaging solution for ENT Outpatients, Speech Pathology and Private rooms.

The Olympus Universal camera system (Exera II) and high resolution video scopes offer high quality images together with the Atmos Endostrobe L. The Endostrobe L uses flash light technology which results in higher quality images with less flickering. Atmos have also developed a portable LED version which will allow you to visit remote sites where you may need to perform Stroboscopy.

Exera II Universal Camera system also incorporates an innovative special light observation mode, Narrow Band Imaging. This novel optical technique utilises the inherent properties of short wavelength light to enhance the contrast between capillaries and the surrounding mucosa, improving endoscopic examination and aiding diagnosis.

NBI compatible rhino-laryngo video scopes include the high resolution ENF-VQ & ENF-VT2. The ENF-VQ offers full screen images with programmable switches enabling you to record still or video images from the scope itself. The ENF-VT2, features 2 mm instrument channel to allow sampling of suspicious lesions as well as close focus viewing distance enabling better observation of the mucosa. This endoscope is also suitable for FEST procedures.

Our reporting software Endobase, allows you to capture all information relevant to clinical procedures such as patient data, procedure data, logistical data, video, and still images into a centralized database, which is readily available anywhere in the hospital. Reporting of procedures is much easier, more detailed and standardised. Videos and still images can be captured from the procedure room at the touch of a button on the scope and additional images from the other hospital sources are easily included in the report and patient record.
