A premium service programme to meet the requirements of professional photographers

The premium service programme features two packages, Standard Plus and Advanced, and offer benefits in; priority customer support, repairs with loan equipment and regular system maintenance. Owners of Olympus PRO range of cameras and lenses, OM-D E-M1X, OM-D E-M1 Mark II and OM-D E-M5 Mark II; will be able to start enjoying the benefits of the programme by registering on the Olympus Australia website. The two packages offer different levels of support, service and coverage; with the Standard Plus free of charge and the Advanced at $99 AUD/ $129 NZD per annum.

Depending on the package selected, camera owners can receive the following benefits:

  • Priority customer support - reach OLYMPUS experts for priority assistance with any issue surrounding your professional shooting system, via phone or e-mail.
  • Repair with camera loan - get free express repair transportation and fast-lane repair of your OM-D E-M1 Mark II, OM-D E-M5 Mark II and OM-D E-M1X, or loan out professional OM-D equipment throughout the complete time of repair to keep you shooting on assignment.
  • Regular system maintenance - keep your equipment ready to perform its best. We optimise the performance of your shooting system and clean it to make sure it feels like new for your next session.

PRO Service will be valid for all eligible products covered and registered in your Olympus account. There are some specific single services for which we limit the maximum number of products covered within one request by each PRO Service programme.
